Visit our Foyer at the Harwich Arts & Heritage Centre for a collection of works by Eli Jenkins. Available until Saturday 15th March.
Eli Jenkins is a local creative and artist inspired by things people see everyday bringing them into focus for those that do not take a second look. Highlighting the beauty, the age, the history and much more.
Focusing on bringing something into focus that many would pass by or discount.
Incorporating angles, light, shade, colour and surrealist inspiration to define the image, item or place as its own unique moment forever immortalised in creative art.
Having studied performing arts and having worked with industry professionals from many sections of the creative arts Eli Jenkins has refined his style incorporating advice and teachings to create many forms of art, performance, writing and music. This small collection is the first instalment of creative art being shown, having spent years creating and capturing and making.
Alas being an eccentric and perfectionist as well with suffering in a severe battle with Long term mental health Eli Jenkins work has remained hidden. An Artist may have passion but without a drive they cannot thrive.
With a want to advocate for Mental Health Eli Jenkins now seeks to inspire no longer hiding but instead hoping to reach others that may also feel that they too have something to say but also feel trepidation in starting or exhibiting their work.
