About the Canteen
Meals are free for families that qualify for benefits-based free school meals, or those that require additional support during the school holidays.
Caregivers are required to stay on site throughout the meals. The tables in our canteen are arranged spaciously around the room – we ask you to please remain at your table during lunch for the safety and comfort of all our visitors.

Free Minibus Transport
Free transport is available to and from Harwich Arts and Heritage Centre. Please call Harwich Festival on 07425 145022 or email [email protected] to book. Mini buses will have socially distanced seating, and masks will need to be worn by all passengers who are able to do so. Transport provided by Harwich Connexions.
How to Book
Advance booking is essential. Early bird tickets released on Wed 30 Jun. More tickets will be released three days in advance of each session.
Bookings can be made by selecting a date at the bottom of this page, or by calling 01206 713 700. Spaces are limited, offered on a first come, first served basis.
If you or your child feels unwell on the day of an event, we ask that you please don’t attend. You can cancel your booking by calling 01206 713 700.
