🎶 Harwich Singing for Lung Health – Free Weekly Group
Harwich Singing for Lung Health is a completely free, safe and supportive group for people living with chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD.
Led by Ben Brown, each session uses singing, breathing and mindfulness exercises to help participants connect with others, manage their breathing and support their wellbeing. Free refreshments are also provided each week.
